When you submit this information, we may use it to respond to enquires, or to notify you of upcoming events or volunteering possibilities if this is something you have registered an interest in.
We care about the security of your personal data and we employ a number of different security measures to protect your personally identifiable information.
We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. We will never sell or rent your personal information.
Donation & Refund Policy
Once you have made your donation, a receipt will be sent to your email address (if supplied). This should arrive within an hour of completing your payment. Should this receipt not arrive within 48 hours, please contact us so that we may re-issue one for you.
We offer a 7 day refund policy on donations made through our website. You may request a refund by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to provide us with your Donor ID, receipt, and/or Name & Postcode and any additional details you may have submitted.
